Texas Longhorns - I expect Augustin to return to this already stellar roster.
#2:
Connecticut Huskies - They aren't losing anybody, aside from possibly Thabeet. I see him returning.
#3: 
USC Trojans - O.J. Mayo would be a fool not to return to a young, promising team. He needs to develop anyways.
#4: 
Notre Dame Fighting Irish - The Irish lose senior Rob Kurz, but experience and depth flow deep.
#5: 
Purdue Boilermakers - Purdue doesn't lose anybody from a strong contending team in the Big Ten last year.
#6: 
North Carolina Tarheels - I don't see Psycho T coming back, but the Tarheels should return many.
#7: 
Kansas Jayhawks - Bring in twin recruits that remind of the Lopez twins; should return many key players.
#8: 
Gonzaga Bulldogs - Will own the WCC. Only lose one man, while bringing in promising recruits.
#9: 
Pittsburgh Panthers - Losing Cook and Ramon will hurt, but Blair, Fields and Young are stars.
#10: 
Duke Blue Devils- The one man they lose, Nelson, is replaced by a five star recruit.
#11: 
Tennessee Volunteers - They lose Lofton, but his inconsistency won't be missed in the long run.
#12: 
Georgetown Hoyas - Losing Hibbert and Wallace hurts; bringing in the #1 recruit, Greg Monroe, doesn't.
#13: 
Florida Gators - The only guy that could possibly leave is Speights, but the recruits are aplenty.
#14: 
Michigan State Spartans - Returning Lucas and Morgan, but lose sharp shooter Drew Neitzel.
#15: 
Memphis Tigers - Landed recruits Tyreke Evans and Angel Garcia; Will run the C-USA even without Rose or CDR.
#16: 
Wake Forest Demon Deacons - The Deacons lose nobody while tacking on five star recruit, Al-Farouq Aminu.
#17: 
Louisville Cardinals - Lose Padgett, Clark and Palacios, but keep Williams and Sosa, along with capturing two five-stars.
#18: 
Arizona State Sun Devils - Don't lose anyone of note, and were a decent team last year. Experience is key.
#19: 
Syracuse Orange - Boeheim has a solid program, and is bringing back some players, specifically Johnny Flynn.
#20: 
Davidson Wildcats - Keeping Stephen Curry is huge, but how will Jason Richard's absence affect the Wildcats?
#21: 
Wisconsin Badgers - Landry and Hughes return, and recruit Jared Berggren should replace Butch, in time.
#22: 
Virginia Tech Hokies - Another sleeper ACC team, the Hokies return A.D. Vassilo, who will anchor the team.
#23: 
Villanova Wildcats - Return the whole team, especially star guard Scottie Reynolds, after a quiet Sweet 16 run this year.
#24: 
Oklahoma Sooners - Blake Griffin returns but the departure of senior Longar Longar hurts.
#25:
Arizona Wildcats - Top 10 national recruiting class; Jordan Hill Returning, possibly Chase Budinger also.
